Marco Tozzi received the M. S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Trieste in 2005 and the Ph. D. degree in electrical engineering in 2010 from the University of Bologna. From 2007 to 2011 was Project Manager and Technical Advisor in Techimp, Italy, being involved in research activity on diagnostic of insulating systems by partial discharges analysis. In particular, his project work was mainly focused in developing PD detectors for power transformers, GIS and inverter-fed motors. In 2011 he joined Camlin Technologies Ltd., part of the Camlin Power group, in Northern Ireland, where he is involved in developing Partial Discharge permanent monitoring systems for Medium and High Voltage assets. Since Jan 2017 he is Sr. Product Manager for Camlin Power Business. He is author or co-author of more than 30 technical and scientific papers and active IEEE Transformer Committee member.
